A process built around testing
Every pole follows the same four steps — so quality is consistent from the first pour to the last.

Material check
Cement, sand, gravel and wire are cleaned and quality-checked before anything is mixed.

Machine mixing
Cleaned materials are combined with water in a mixing machine to a consistent, workable mix.
- 3
Mould & cure
The mix is poured into moulds where it is pre-stressed, solidifies and hardens to full strength.

Test & dispatch
Experienced staff test every batch for strength and finish before it leaves the yard.
